Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente di Bolzano, operante nel settore medicale, un/a ADDETTO/A ORGANIZZAZIONE EVENTI.
La risorsa si occuperà di supportare l'organizzazione e la gestione di eventi aziendali.
Mansioni principali:
- Pianificazione e coordinamento degli eventi B2B e B2C.
- Gestione logistica.
- Supporto amministrativo: compilazione documenti, gestione reportistica e valutazione delle attività.
- Comunicazione con fornitori, partner e colleghi per garantire il successo degli eventi.
- Partecipazione occasionale agli eventi sul territorio.
Requisiti:
- Formazione o esperienza pregressa in event management.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Capacità di lavorare in team, problem solving e attenzione al cliente.
Orario di lavoro: Part time.
Assunzione diretta a tempo determinato a scopo di stabilizzazione.

Die gesuchte Person wird die Organisation und Durchführung von Unternehmensveranstaltungen unterstützen.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Planung und Koordination von B2B- und B2C-Events.
- Logistikmanagement.
- Administrative Unterstützung: Dokumentenerstellung, Berichterstellung und Evaluierung der Aktivitäten.
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Partnern und Kollegen zur Sicherstellung des Veranstaltungserfolgs.
- Gelegentliche Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen vor Ort.
Anforderungen:
- Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Eventmanagement.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Teamfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und Kundenorientierung.
