Orienta SPA SOCIETA' BENEFIT, filiale di Lomazzo (CO), ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore delle lavanderie industriali un/una:
ADDETTO/A MAGAZZINO E RECLAMI.
L'addetto/a magazzino e reclami sarà coinvolto/a nelle attività di di bollettazione, organizzazione degli ordini e delle spedizioni, assistenza clienti.
La risorsa dovrà:
- rapportarsi con i clienti tramite email e telefonate, e risolvere eventuali problemi o reclami;
- dedicarsi alla preparazione dei roll container per alcuni clienti, recandosi spesso in magazzino.
REQUISITI:
- Competenze informatiche e delle applicazioni software di base;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;
- Disponibilità anche ad attività operativa.
Orientamento al problem-solving e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione completano il profilo dell'addetto/a magazzino e reclami.
SI OFFRE contratto determinato in somministrazione a scopo assuntivo
