Orienta Spa Agenzia per il lavoro, ricerca per importante azienda cliente un/a ADDETTO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE.
La figura si occuperà di:
- fornire supporto telefonico ai clienti nella risoluzione di problematiche inerenti a diversi servizi e per diversi clienti, sia in ambito alimentare che metalmeccanico.
L'attività è inbound, no telemarketing.
Il candidato ideale ha una buona attitudine al problem solving e autonomia nello svolgimento delle proprie mansioni.
Requisito fondamentale:
- un buon eloquio.
Sarà prevista una formazione iniziale di quindici giorni.
La formazione sarà così organizzata:
- dal lunedì al venerdì, 6 ore al giorno.
Orario di lavoro: Full Time o Part-Time con disponibilità su turni anche notturni.
Luogo di lavoro: Parma
