Orienta spa- società benefit, filiale di Firenze, ricerca per noto brand di gioielleria
un ADDETTO/A AL CUSTOMER SERVICE per clienti nazionali e internazionali. Si occuperà di:
- Fornire assistenza ai clienti di via telefono, email e chat.
- Gestire e risolvere le richieste dei clienti in modo tempestivo ed efficiente.
- Collaborare con altri team aziendali per risolvere eventuali necessità dei clienti.
- Mantenere registri accurati delle interazioni con i clienti e aggiornare i sistemi CRM.
Requisiti:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buone capacità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in team.
- Competenza nell'uso di strumenti informatici
SI OFFRE: Contratto finalizzato all'assunzione a lungo termine
ORARIO DI LAVORO: Full time dal lunedì al venerdì
LUOGO DI LAVORO: Sesto Fiorentino
