La risorsa ideale avrà i seguenti requisiti:
- Esperienza, anche breve, nel settore alimentare o produttivo.
- Buona manualità e velocità.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni.
- Serietà, puntualità e attenzione alle norme igienico-sanitarie.
Le principali mansioni saranno:
- Confezionamento manuale o con macchinari di prodotti alimentari.
- Etichettatura e controllo qualità visivo del prodotto.
- Imballaggio e preparazione dei bancali per la spedizione.
- Pulizia e sanificazione dell'area di lavoro secondo le norme HACCP.
