ACCETTATORI DI OFFICINA
Gli accettatori di officina si occuperanno delle seguenti attività: accoglienza dei clienti, reportistica, archiviazione documenti, gestione e-mail e telefonate, organizzazione appuntamenti.
REQUISITI:
-diploma di scuola secondaria;
-buon utilizzo del PC, soprattutto del Pacchetto Office;
-gradita pregressa esperienza in ruoli similari.
Completano il profilo teamworking, dinamismo, problem solving, buone capacità relazionali.
CONTRATTO: CCNL METALMECCANICO PICCOLA E MEDIA INDUSTRIA. Contratto a tempo determinato iniziale con prospettiva di inserimento stabile. Retribuzione da valutare in base all'esperienza maturata dalla risorsa
ORARIO: 09:00/18:00 dal lunedì al venerdì, con un'ora di pausa pranzo flessibile e 09:00/13:00 il sabato.
SEDE: ROMA, zone SUD, EST e OVEST
