Employment inclusion of asylum-seeking immigrants

As part of Anpal Servizi calls or Oxfam Italia-funded projects, Orienta has promoted paths for the placement of immigrants-asylum seekers and humanitarian protection. In this context, it has delivered several specialized orientation and active job search paths designed to promote an effective job or internship opportunity.

This activity has been so effective that, from 2019, it has earned Orienta Group the annual award of the prestigious prize called "Welcome. Working for refugee integration" by the UNHCR (the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), dedicated to the companies that have most distinguished themselves for their commitment to the process of promoting specific interventions aimed at the integration of political refugees into the world of work.
