Orienta SpA - Società Benefit, filiale di Firenze, ricerca e seleziona per azienda di assistenza tecnica in ambito IT, SISTEMISTA MICROSOFT JUNIOR.
La risorsa sarà inserite all'interno del team e offrirà supporto tecnico hardware/software attraverso sistemi di controllo remoto e, ove necessario, presso la sede del cliente.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Ambienti operativi Server Microsoft (Server, SQL; Exchange; IIS)
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni;
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange; Teams; SharePoint; OneDrive; etc.);
- Basi di Networking (Firewall e Switch);
- Capacità di installazione dei sistemi operativi Microsoft;
- Esecuzione backup e ripristino dati utente;
- Mappatura delle risorse di rete;
- Esecuzione troubleshooting delle problematiche di base che possono presentarsi su cliente;
- Capacità relazionali, curiosità, team working e attitudine all'analisi e al problem solving;
- Motivazione e passione.
SI OFFRE: contratto finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato, secondo il CCNL Commercio
LUOGO DI LAVORO: Firenze Novoli
ORARIO DI LAVORO: Full Time 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
