OPERATORE PLURISERVIZIO – AREA DI SOSTA ESINO EST (AN)
MANSIONI PRINCIPALI:
- Servizio al banco (bar, caffetteria, tavola calda)
- Preparazione panini, primi piatti, pizze, insalatone
- Attività di cassa (se già con esperienza)
- Rifornimento frigo e scaffali
- Sistemazione e pulizia del banco e degli ambienti
- Supporto alla gestione del punto ristoro
REQUISITI:
- Esperienza anche breve in bar, supermercati, tavola calda o GDO
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni variabili, anche notturni e nei festivi
- Buona capacità di lavorare in team
- Dinamismo e affidabilità
- Possesso di mezzo proprio (l'area non è servita da mezzi pubblici)
ORGANIZZAZIONE TURNI:
- Fascia oraria lavorativa tra le 6:00 e le 22:00,
- Possibili turni notturni (22:00 – 6:00), assegnati a rotazione e svolti da una minoranza del personale
- Tipologie di turno notturno: 3 notti da 8 ore / 1 notte da 8 ore + 4 turni brevi da 4 ore / altre combinazioni
- Supplementari retribuiti
SI OFFRE:
- Contratto iniziale in somministrazione, con possibilità di proroghe e stabilizzazione
- Formazione interna
- Inserimento in un ambiente dinamico e ben strutturato
