Orienta Spa, filiale di Mantova, ricerca per azienda cliente del settore logistico sita a Castellucchio (MN), un/a
IMPIEGATO/A ADDETTO/A AL CUSTOMER CARE
La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'ufficio del Customer Care, verrà formata nella mansione si occuperà di:.
- Fornire ai clienti assistenza telefonica e/o via e-mail;
- Ascoltare e comprendere i bisogni della clientela, rispondendo a domande e dubbi;
- Prendere in carico i ticket per le problematiche tecniche;
- Gestire i reclami;
- Raccogliere feedback e lamentele.
Si valutano profili con diploma o laurea triennale in lingue straniere, anche senza esperienza lavorativa.
Richiesta ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e di almeno 1 o 2 lingue tra francese, tedesco e spagnolo.
Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì.
Si offre: contratto iniziale in stage, con obiettivo inserimento.
