STAGISTA PER SELEZIONE/GESTIONE DEL PERSONALE
Il/la candidato/a si occuperà della gestione del front-office/ accoglienza candidati, screening dei curricula, gestione dei canali di reclutamento.
In affiancamento al tutor il/la candidato/a approfondirà i principali aspetti legati alla selezione del personale oltre agli aspetti legati all'amministrazione del personale assunto.
Requisiti:forte motivazione ad operare nel settore delle Risorse Umane, laurea in materie umanistiche o giuridico - economiche,buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
Caratteristiche personali: ottime capacità relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team, flessibilità
Inserimento previsto: stage di 6 mesi
