Orienta S.p.A Società Benefit seleziona per un'azienda edile in zona San Cesareo:
UN/UNA SEGRETARIO/A IN STAGE.
La risorsa verrà inserita a partire da fine Luglio e sarà affiancata nello svolgimento delle seguenti mansioni e responsabilità:
- Gestione delle comunicazioni telefoniche/mail
- Accoglienza di clienti/fornitori all'interno dell'ufficio
- Gestione, registrazione e archiviazione di documenti
Requisiti richiesti:
- Prima esperienza nel ruolo specifico
- Buone competenze informatiche e buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Spiccate doti organizzative e gestionali
- Predisposizione al contatto con l'utenza
Contratto: Stage iniziale finalizzato all'apprendistato
Retribuzione: € 1000
Orario di lavoro: 40h, lun.-ven. (9-13/14-18)
Zona di lavoro: San Cesareo (RM)
