STAGISTA ASSISTENTE SEGRETERIA PRESIDENZA
Mansioni:
- Supporto operativo alla segretaria del Presidente;
- Smistamento chiamate e gestione della posta elettronica;
- Accogliere con cortesia clienti e visitatori;
- Supporto nella preparazione di documenti;
- Archiviazione e protocollazione dei documenti.
Requisiti:
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Discrezione e riservatezza nel trattare informazioni sensibili;
- Atteggiamento proattivo e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Flessibilità e gestione dello stress;
- Competenze informatiche di base,
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Diploma/Laurea.
Si offre stage di 6 mesi con rimborso spese di 800 Euro.
Sede: Roma.
Orario: 9.00/18.00 dal lunedì al venerdì.
