Requisiti
- Diploma in ambito informatico o analogo;
- Pregressa esperienza in ambito di Help Desk o Service Desk informatici;
- E' richiesta la conoscenza della lingua FRANCESE - almeno B2 in quanto la lingua del servizio è il francese
- Buone doti relazionali, disponibilità e flessibilità;
- Conoscenza e capacità di applicare le tecniche dell'assistenza telefonica;
- Capacità di identificare problemi software e hardware;
- Capacità di utilizzare gli strumenti a supporto dell'identificazione e risoluzione dei problemi.
Disponibilità PT 30H per la formazione iniziale e poi FT 40H

Luogo di lavoro Pont Saint Martin, presso importante azienda cliente
Lavoro prevalentemente in Sede con possibilità di Smart Working.
