Orienta spa - Societa Benefit, filiale di Modena, ricerca per azienda metalmeccanica di Bomporto (MO), un/a OPERATION ASSISTANT - IMPIEGATO/A UFFICIO PRODUZIONE.
La risorsa che verrà valutata, deve aver maturato una minima esperienza in alcune di tali attività di:
- segreteria generale, front-office, gestione mail e telefonate;
- gestione ordini, dall'inserimento all'evasione;
- contatto con fornitori e clienti;
- preparazione DDT, bolle;
- gestione approvvigionamenti materiali in magazzino e pianificazione della produzione.
REQUISITI
- Diploma in ambito economico e amministrativo;
- ottima padronanza nell'utilizzo del PC e Pacchetto Office;
- disponibilità full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì;
- disponibilità immediata;
- residenza e/o domicilio su Bomporto (MO) o zona limitrofe.
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato, scopo assuntivo.
