Orienta SpA Società Benefit filiale di Ve-Mestre seleziona per potenziamento del proprio organico interno HR GENERALIST - RISORSE UMANE.
MANSIONE
L' HR GENERALIST si occuperà in affiancamento di:
- stesura job description
- pubblicazione annunci e utilizzo di portali specifici
- ricerca attiva di personale sulle principali piattaforme
- contatto telefonico iniziale con il candidato
- colloqui di selezione
- stesura Dossier candidati
- verifica documentazione necessaria ai fini dell'assunzione
- supporto al lavoratore nelle fasi di pre e post assunzione.
REQUISITI
- Laurea in materie umanistiche, scienze psicologiche, economiche o giuridiche
- Predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali
- Flessibilità, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare in team
- Possibilmente automunito/a
SI OFFRE:
- inserimento in stage della durata di 6 mesi
- rimborso spese iniziale di 500€ mensili
- Orario: Lun-Ven h 9:00-13:00 e 14:00-18:00
